Ling W. Lau, Esq., is a partner with the law firm of Singleton and has practiced law in different capacities for almost 20 years.
Ling W. Lau, Esq. is a partner with the law firm of Singleton. Ling has practiced law in different capacities for over 20 years. Prior to joining the firm, Ling was the inside General Counsel of a digital pharmacy start-up where he worked closely with the founders to successfully build, launch and expand a hyper-growth digital pharmacy business.
Ling has joined the firm to return to private practice bringing along all of the knowledge and know-how learned from his prior start-up/entrepreneur experience to help other start-ups and business owners.
Ling is counsel to many closely-held businesses and frequently serve as their outside corporate counsel, advising them on a wide range of business and corporate matters and transactions.
Ling has significant experience in the areas of trust and estate planning for high net worth individuals and families.
Ling was also the former law partner of Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo, a boutique law firm in Florham Park, NJ, where he started his career as a tax attorney and a corporate transaction lawyer.
