Singleton, Lau and DeBoer, LLC was launched in 2021 on a simple premise – deliver highly competent representation to the middle market in a way that makes sense for our clients.

To deliver on that promise, our growing team of professionals have significant background in tax, estate, corporate and transactional law.  Most of us have advanced, post-law school degrees.  Our partners have decades of experience advising wealthy families – ensuring their needs are met, and their assets are safe. 

A particular focus of ours is the provision of complete representation to closely held midsize and middle market businesses.  As attorneys and professionals, we have witnessed first-hand the lack of acceptable resources available to owners of these firms, whose needs are sophisticated, but who simply cannot justify the enormous expenses associated with large firms. 

We accomplish our objectives by being broadly experienced, detail oriented, and by leveraging an ever expanding pool of technological resources.  Our attorneys have the talent and sophistication necessary to deliver powerful solutions on par with the best law firms in the nation, but delivered with the streamlined efficiency the middle market demands.
